HMP prison letter template

An accurate HM Prison Service letter sheet: photocopied establishment header, the standard notice about writing to an MP, the prison address stamped top-right, and name / number / wing fields ready to fill.

The header block is stamped onto the paper before you write, exactly as issue stock arrives on the wing, so the writing sits under it rather than over it. Choose the establishment and the address updates with it.

Ruling is optional and configurable — lined or unlined, blue or black rules, with or without a red left margin — because issue paper varies by prison.

The handwriting defaults to an everyday ballpoint hand with realistic pressure variation, which is what most letters from inside actually look like.
