Brown butter shortbread - 250g butter, browned and cooled - 110g caster sugar - 300g plain flour - flaked salt 1. Beat butter and sugar until pale. 2. Fold in flour, press into tin. 3. Bake 160°C for 35 min. Salt while warm.
